Is Hollywood more important than Bollywood?
Producers face the greatest challenge of making sure their movie is seen by viewers.
The problem is that there are many movies competing for people's time and money. If you don't stand out, your chances of being seen are slim.

Films can be divided into two categories: blockbuster films with large budgets or independent productions. Producing and distributing blockbuster movies can cost hundreds of millions. These blockbuster movies are usually produced by big studios who want their movies to reach as broad an audience as possible. However, these films with big budgets appeal mostly to older viewers.
Independent films are usually smaller productions that can be funded by investors or individuals. These films tend to target niche markets and are tailored to specific tastes. They're usually less expensive to produce and market. However, this does not mean they are always less expensive to watch. Many indie films can be difficult to find.
We need both types? Are we going to need both big blockbuster movies or small independent films? Hollywood is much bigger than Bollywood. Hollywood produces more movies than India every year.

D.W. Griffith founded the first film industry in California in 1887. It was named for Los Angeles, which was at the time called "Hollywood."

Hollywood is still a part of our culture today. There are movies, TV shows, music videos and commercials. And we call them all "Hollywood."
How many films does Hollywood make in a given year?
Hollywood studios make approximately 3,000 films annually. Three thousand!
Hollywood spends billions on advertising for these films. They spend millions producing them. And they spend millions promoting them. But how many end up actually getting seen in the theaters, do you think?
It's probably between 200-300. What happens to the 2,700+ additional films? The majority of these films are either direct-to video releases or sit in storage.
Not all of them will be undiscovered. Some of them were selected for distribution via Netflix Prime, Amazon Prime and Hulu Plus, iTunes or Google Play.
Hence, why aren't there more of them? They are not being released in theaters. They're too costly to produce.
They could also be made cheaper and put into theaters.
That's where my expertise comes in. I can help guide you in the best way possible to put your movie in theaters.
I will teach you how to increase your return on investment (ROI), as well as increasing your chances of seeing the movie in theaters.
We have to face it...
It can be hard to get your film into the theaters. The process can be complex and lengthy.
It can also come at a high cost before you even begin.
You have a very short window in which to distribute your film.
There isn't enough time in between the time a movie is finished and when its theatrical run starts.
How many theaters will I need to return my investment?
It depends on how many weeks you plan to make your theatrical production.
If your film is going to be run for less then two weeks, one theater will suffice.
If your film is going to be screened for more then two weeks, you will need two theaters.
Hollywood's fame?
It was easy. It became famous because they were willing to take risks and do something different. They had the courage to make films that people would remember for years to come.
They were open to new ideas and had the courage of trying them out.
